They had cookie decorating stations, a bouncy house, a giant slide and pumpkin painting.
Freddie had fun riding in Daddy's backpack.
Ainsley had a lot of fun and her favorite was, by far, the giant slide. I wasn't sure that she'd go by herself, but she did and she loved it.
That afternoon we went to my friend's little boy's second birthday party. I did not get any pictures.
That night, Jeff and Amy came over and we carved pumpkins. Ainsley was not a fan of the pumpkin guts again this year.
Sunday was all about trick-or-treating. Ainsley was so excited about it and kept asking when we were going. I remember that feeling as a kid. You just can't wait until it gets here!!!! I'm so excited to be entering that stage of childhood with Ainsley. That's the great thing about being a parent, you get to do it all over again...just with less energy.
We went over to a friend of mine's house and a bunch of us took the kids around together. Ainsley was the oldest of the group and she was the little leader. It was very cute. She would walk right up to the door, knock and say "Trick or Treat" before anyone even came to the door.
Freddie slept most of the time.
Another Halloween come and gone...I wonder what we'll be next year!
